Terms of Service

• "Hibikoto"
  The purchasing agent service operated by Hibiki Maruo.
• "Client"
  Any individual or entity that submits a request.
• "Seller"
  The third party from whom items are purchased on the client's behalf.
• "Sourcing Fee"
  A fee quoted before sourcing activities begin, where advanced sourcing is required.
• "Invoice"
  The itemised payment request issued to the client before purchase.

  丸尾 響が運営する購入代行サービス。
• 「お客様」
  依頼を送信する個人または法人。
• 「販売者」
  お客様に代わって商品を購入する第三者。
• 「ソーシング手数料」
  高度なソーシングが必要な場合に、開始前にお見積りする料金。
• 「請求書」
  購入前にお客様へ発行する明細付き支払依頼書。

All quotes are provided individually and confirmed with the client before any purchase is made. Service fees are calculated based on the total item value as described on the Pricing page.

Sourcing Fee
When advanced sourcing is required, a sourcing fee is quoted before any sourcing activities begin. The amount depends on the complexity, rarity, and research requirements of the request. This fee covers research, market monitoring, seller communication, and market evaluation.

Commencement of Sourcing
Sourcing commences when Hibikoto has confirmed receipt of the sourcing fee, where applicable, and all required item criteria provided by the client. The commencement date is defined as the date of Hibikoto's written confirmation.

Definition of Success
Success is defined as presenting at least 1 viable sourcing option that matches the client's stated criteria, including condition, price range, and authenticity requirements.

Sourcing Fee is Non-Refundable Once Work Begins
Once sourcing work has commenced, the sourcing fee is non-refundable, except where required by Japanese law. Any sourcing fee is separate from, and not credited toward, the final purchase invoice.

Additional fees including international shipping, payment processing, customs duties, VAT, and GST are the responsibility of the client and are itemised in the invoice.

すべての見積は個別に提示し、購入前にお客様に確定いただきます。サービス料金は料金ページに記載の通り、商品合計額に基づいて算出されます。

ソーシング手数料
高度なソーシングが必要な場合、ソーシング開始前に手数料をお見積りします。金額はご依頼の複雑さ、希少性、調査要件に応じて異なります。本料金はリサーチ、市場モニタリング、出品者との連絡、市場評価に対する対価です。

ソーシング開始の定義
ソーシング開始とは、Hibikoto がソーシング手数料（該当する場合）の支払いおよびお客様から提出された必要な商品条件を受領したことを確認した時点を指します。開始日は、Hibikoto が書面にて確認を通知した日とします。

成功の定義
ソーシング成功とは、お客様の提示条件（状態、価格帯、真贋条件等）に合致する有効な候補を 1 件以上提示することと定義します。

ソーシング手数料の返金について
ソーシング作業の開始後は、日本法で義務付けられる場合を除き、ソーシング手数料は返金対象外となります。ソーシング手数料は最終的な購入請求額とは別途のものであり、充当されません。

国際送料、決済手数料、関税、付加価値税、消費税等の追加費用はお客様の負担となり、請求書に明記されます。
