Terms of Service

• "Hibikoto" — the purchasing agent service operated by Hibiki Maruo.
• "Client" — any individual or entity that submits a request.
• "Seller" — the third party from whom items are purchased on the client's behalf.
• "Sourcing Service Fee" — a fee of 50 USD required prior to commencing sourcing activities.
• "Invoice" — the itemised payment request issued to the client before purchase.

• 「Hibikoto」 — 丸尾 響が運営する購入代行サービス。
• 「お客様」 — 依頼を送信する個人または法人。
• 「販売者」 — お客様に代わって商品を購入する第三者。
• 「ソーシングサービス料金」 — ソーシング開始前に必要な 50 USD の料金。
• 「請求書」 — 購入前にお客様へ発行する明細付き支払依頼書。

All quotes are provided individually and confirmed with the client before any purchase is made. Service fees are calculated based on the total item value as described on the Pricing page.

Sourcing Service Fee — A sourcing service fee of 50 USD is required prior to commencing sourcing activities. This fee covers research, seller communication, and market evaluation.

Commencement of Sourcing — Sourcing commences when Hibikoto has confirmed receipt of both the sourcing service fee and all required item criteria provided by the client. The commencement date is defined as the date of Hibikoto's written confirmation.

Definition of Success — Success is defined as presenting at least 1 viable sourcing option that matches the client's stated criteria, including condition, price range, and authenticity requirements.

5 Business Day Guarantee — If no viable option can be presented within 5 business days, Hibikoto may offer a one time extension of up to 5 additional business days. If the client does not confirm acceptance of the extension within 24 hours, the sourcing service fee will be automatically refunded in full.

Credit Toward Purchase — If a purchase proceeds, the sourcing service fee will be credited toward the final invoice.

Additional fees including international shipping, payment processing, customs duties, VAT, and GST are the responsibility of the client and are itemised in the invoice.

すべての見積は個別に提示し、購入前にお客様に確定いただきます。サービス料金は料金ページに記載の通り、商品合計額に基づいて算出されます。

ソーシングサービス料金 — ソーシング開始前に 50 USD のサービス料金をお支払いいただきます。本料金はリサーチ、出品者との連絡、市場評価に対する対価です。

ソーシング開始の定義 — ソーシング開始とは、Hibikoto がソーシングサービス料金の支払いおよびお客様から提出された必要な商品条件の両方を受領したことを確認した時点を指します。開始日は、Hibikoto が書面にて確認を通知した日とします。

成功の定義 — ソーシング成功とは、お客様の提示条件（状態、価格帯、真贋条件等）に合致する有効な候補を 1 件以上提示することと定義します。

5 営業日保証 — 5 営業日以内に有効な候補を提示できない場合、Hibikoto は最大 5 営業日の延長を 1 回提案することができます。お客様が 24 時間以内に延長を承諾しない場合、ソーシングサービス料金は全額自動返金されます。

購入への充当 — 購入が成立した場合、ソーシングサービス料金は最終請求額に充当されます。

国際送料、決済手数料、関税、付加価値税、消費税等の追加費用はお客様の負担となり、請求書に明記されます。
