Every purchase is managed individually from start to finish.
Each purchase includes:
- Full Japanese communication with the seller
- Condition verification before purchase whenever possible
- Negotiation attempt on flea online market platforms
- Secure checkout handling and transaction management
Unlike automated forwarding services, each purchase is manually handled to reduce risk and improve communication accuracy.
Service fee only. Shipping invoiced separately after arrival.

Service 02
Item Sourcing
Complexity-based fee

Sourcing service fee covers research, seller communication, and market evaluation.
Sourcing commences once payment is confirmed and required item criteria have been received and acknowledged in writing.
Success is defined as presenting at least 1 viable sourcing option matching the client's stated criteria.
If no viable option is presented within 5 business days, a one time extension of up to 5 additional business days may be offered. If the extension is not accepted within 24 hours, the service fee is automatically refunded in full.
If purchase proceeds, the sourcing service fee is credited toward the final invoice.
