How long does it take to get a quote?
We respond with availability confirmation and a detailed quote as soon as we have reviewed your request. For items listed on active marketplaces, we aim to reply promptly.
Do I have to pay before you confirm the item is available?
No. Nothing is purchased until you review and approve the invoice. Payment is only collected after you confirm the quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Stripe invoice (credit and debit cards), Wise, and Revolut. Bank transfer is also available on request.
Can you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries using tracked international couriers (EMS, DHL, FedEx). Shipping cost is included in your quote.
What if the item sells before you can purchase it?
If an item sells before we can secure it, we will notify you immediately. You owe nothing and we will help you find an alternative if requested.
Can you verify condition and authenticity?
Yes. We photograph items before purchase, verify condition against your requirements, and communicate directly with sellers to confirm details. For luxury items, we can arrange third-party authentication on request.
What categories do you cover?
We primarily handle archive, vintage, and luxury sourced from Japan’s secondary market. This includes designer archive pieces, vintage garments, luxury goods, and contemporary designer items. We also accept requests outside these categories on a case-by-case basis.
