Prices are quoted individually based on each request and confirmed before purchase.

Clients are responsible for item price, service fee, international shipping, payment processing fees, domestic shipping in Japan when applicable, customs duties, VAT, GST, and optional insurance if requested.

Sourcing begins after deposit or payment confirmation. Purchase and shipping proceed after client approval.

デポジットまたは支払確認後にソーシングを開始しお客様の承認後に購入および発送を行います。

Clients may cancel before purchase confirmation. The sourcing deposit of 50 USD becomes non refundable once sourcing has commenced except where required by Japanese law. After purchase confirmation cancellations and returns are generally not accepted except in cases of wrong item shipment or material discrepancy and only if the seller accepts return. After international shipment returns are not accepted unless legally required.

購入確定前はキャンセル可能です。50 USD のソーシングデポジットはソーシング開始後は日本法で義務付けられる場合を除き返金されません。購入確定後のキャンセルおよび返品は原則受け付けません。ただし誤配送や重大な説明相違があり販売者が返品を認めた場合を除きます。国際発送後の返品は法令に基づく場合を除き受け付けません。
