Hibikoto provides purchase support and sourcing for Japan's secondary market, acting as a purchasing agent on the client's behalf.

Service fees are listed on the pricing page. The total amount varies depending on item price, shipping, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges. Final amounts are confirmed before purchase.

International shipping, payment processing fees, domestic shipping within Japan (when applicable), customs duties, taxes, and optional insurance if requested.

Before purchase confirmation
Clients may cancel at any time before purchase is confirmed.

Sourcing fee
When advanced sourcing is required, a sourcing fee is quoted before any work begins. Once sourcing work has been carried out, the fee is non-refundable. Any sourcing fee is separate from the final purchase invoice.

After purchase confirmation
Cancellations and returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions may apply in cases of incorrect item shipment or material discrepancy from the listing, and only if the original seller accepts the return.

After international shipment
Returns are not accepted unless legally required.

購入確定前であればいつでもキャンセルが可能です。

ソーシング手数料
高度なソーシングが必要な場合、作業開始前に手数料をお見積りします。ソーシング作業が実施された後の手数料は返金対象外となります。ソーシング手数料は最終的な購入請求額とは別途のものです。

購入確定後
購入確定後のキャンセルおよび返品は原則として受け付けません。誤配送または出品内容との重大な相違がある場合、かつ販売者が返品を承諾した場合に限り例外的に対応します。

国際発送後
法令に基づく場合を除き、返品は受け付けません。
