Hibikoto provides personal shopping and item sourcing services from Japan as a purchasing agent.

Hibikoto は購入代理人として、日本国内でのパーソナルショッピングおよびアイテムソーシングサービスを提供します。

Service fees are listed on the pricing page. The total amount varies depending on item price, shipping, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges. Final amounts are confirmed before purchase.

サービス手数料は料金ページに記載しています。合計金額は商品価格、送料、関税、税金、その他の費用により変動します。最終金額は購入前に確定します。

International shipping, payment processing fees, domestic shipping within Japan (when applicable), customs duties, taxes, and optional insurance if requested.

Before purchase confirmation
Clients may cancel at any time before purchase is confirmed.

Sourcing fee ($50)
If no viable option is found within 5 business days, the sourcing fee is refunded in full. If at least one viable option has been presented, the service is considered fulfilled and the fee is non-refundable. If the client proceeds with a purchase through Hibikoto, $20 of the sourcing fee is credited toward the final invoice.

After purchase confirmation
Cancellations and returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions may apply in cases of incorrect item shipment or material discrepancy from the listing, and only if the original seller accepts the return.

After international shipment
Returns are not accepted unless legally required.

購入確定前であればいつでもキャンセルが可能です。

ソーシング手数料（$50）
5営業日以内に有効な選択肢が見つからなかった場合、ソーシング手数料は全額返金されます。1件以上の有効な選択肢が提示された場合、サービスは履行されたものとみなし、手数料は返金対象外となります。Hibikoto を通じて購入に進む場合、ソーシング手数料のうち$20が最終請求額に充当されます。

購入確定後
購入確定後のキャンセルおよび返品は原則として受け付けません。誤配送または出品内容との重大な相違がある場合、かつ販売者が返品を承諾した場合に限り例外的に対応します。

国際発送後
法令に基づく場合を除き、返品は受け付けません。
